At Cureveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cureveda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
